What types of face make up do i need for characters?

I work in a theme park and have been given the job of coordinating entertainers in the roles of the parks characters. I need to organize their make up and costumes. They will walk around outdoors and interact with guests. Costumes not a problem but what type of make up do i need to my light skins darker and dark skins light? The characters are all arabic and my entertainers are european and african. I need to also keep in mind the extreme heat that we experience here. Can you help me?What types of face make up do i need for characters?

it would be good if u use fountation cream at first. then go with powder. if the person is dark use a little more that the whiter ones. to make uniformity mix very little yellow powder sides of their nose. use good contrasting color for the eye shadow and lipstick depending their costumes. and red roosh in their cheeks will make them charming. use eye blue lashes to show off their eyes clearly. if the make up starts fading just add little powder and roosh time to time even lip stick





ps dont forget lip glows.
