Make-up ?!???

Hiya. I'm going on holiday from England and I'm not sure what make up counts as liquids (eyeliner pen, powder etc.) Help!Make-up ?!???
They're looking for liquids in carry-on bags. So, liquid make-up, lotions, hand cream, shampoo, etc. can't be in your carry-on or purse. Eyeliner pen is OK and so is powder and lipstick. Just put the rest of your stuff in plastic bag and put the bag your checked luggage.Make-up ?!???
i just keep it all in my suitcase just i case. its just easier. :)
If you keep in it your suitcase and it's small, you should be fine. Don't pack too much because if you get things while you're there, you'll not want to FedEx them home.
For flights departing from the UK, if you want to take any liquids in your carry on baggage, each individual item can hold no more than 3oz (100ml) of liquid, and all items must fit into a 20cm x 20cm (8in x 8in) ziploc style bag. (not larger than one litre in capacity) Only one of these bags per passenger is allowed.

Liquids are something you can pour....

For more information re: baggage, here is a link for you.

Have a fun %26amp; safe trip. :)
