When i was 13 and had sleep overs we used to play twister. Its fun when you play with 5 or 6 girls at a time. Then we would pop popcorn, watch scary movies, truth or dare, we also played a came call consequences.
Here's how to play
Consequences .
Basically you have a piece of paper each and you write down one line of the story and the fold it over( so you can see the line) and pass it to the next person.
1) a male name (famous or school teachers are good)
2) female name (ditto)
3) where they met
4) what he said to her
5)what she said to him
6)what the did next (made out went scuba diving etc)
7) the consequence( the got married and had cats or brought as teapot and went to live on mars)
Make a circle of chairs, one for each person minus one. Then pick a person to be ';it'; they stand in the middle. Have each person sit on a chair. Then the person in the middle says something (ex. you have a ponytail) and whoever that statement applies to moves one seat to the left- even if someone is sitting in it. I think my party record is about 16 people on one chair, it can get really rediculous but its soo much fun.

Making jewelry is lots of fun, especially when it can be personalized, and 13 year old girls love jewelry. Visit your local craft store, and buy various colors and styles of beads and jewelry cord. Separate the various beads and supplies in large muffin tins in the center of a table, and the girls can make wrist bracelets, ankle bracelets, and stylish necklaces.
Cookie Decorating
Decorating cookies is always fun, and 13 year old girls can have fun decorating and personalizing large cookies at a sleepover party. Before the party, bake triple-sized slice and bake cookies of any variety. Provide the girls with tubes of colored frosting, sprinkles, dried fruit, edible decorations, and cans of whipped cream. Besides having fun decorating their cookies, they'll also enjoy eating them!
Pizza
Instead of ordering pizza or making frozen pizza, how about setting up a pizza bar? A pizza bar is perfect for 13 year old girls at a sleepover party. It consists of biscuit dough for the crust, pizza sauce, and dozens of topping choices. Each person can press out their own dough to make personal pizzas and top them any way they like. This way everyone gets exactly what they want, and they'll have fun too!
Pillowcase Decorating
A sleepover party for 13 year old girls is ideal for decorating pillowcases. Buy inexpensive pillowcases and permanent fine-tip markers. You'll also need a thick piece of cardboard to place in the middle of the pillowcases so the marker doesn't bleed through and ruin the other side. The kids can use the pillowcases for friend's autographs, and they can draw hearts, flowers, butterflies, rainbows, and anything else they can dream up.

You can also get a bunch of movies with your favorite actors and just watch them. I don't know how you fun you would think that is.
Or, go bowling or to a water park. I can't really think of anything else.

sardines (like hide and seek but one person hides and the rest find. when a person finds the hider, they hide there until every1 is there. the last person is the hider next.)
murderer in the dark (1 person is the detective, 1 is the murderer, and the rest are victims. the detective leaves the room and the rest turn off the lights and roam around. the murderer tags ppl and the ppl fall down when they're tagged. if u find sum1 on the ground u yell ';murderer in the dark!'; the lights go on and the detective comes in and has to guess who the murderer is.)
card games (kemps, spoons, uno, bs, etc.)
truth or dare
would u rather (same as truth or dare but u say would u rather and then give 2 choices)
watch movies

Plenty of creepy movies available about a group of 13 year old girls alone in a house with a bloodthirsty serial killer/werewolf/zombie lurking in the attic/basement/abandoned house next door during a storm/blackout/police strike. Make sure it's a re-enactment of a true story rather than just some hollywood fiction. Also helps if one of the girls is herself psychotic or at least anxiety-prone. A boyfriend who tries to sneak into the party is handy to have around. They're usually the first victim
if its more than 2 people try doing cool levetation tricks to creep you guys out ;) watch scary movies then after that turn out all the lights and play hide and go seek.. go swimming..play truth or dare..make up a fun fear factor game or something..have a fashion show with the weirdest clothes you can find. the possibilities are endless :)
Truth or dare, prank phone calls (maybe), simply talking about cute boys/girls at school that you like, anything! Rent some movies, read magazines, eat junk food, listen to music, paint your nails (unless that falls under makeup..)
The possibilities are pretty much endless!
