What is the best drugstore make up for people with dry skin?

I have dry skin and my current foundation (covergirl) dries out my skin. I want to know what kind of brand does not do that. Can you please list foundation, powder, concealer , and anything else. Thank you so much! What is the best drugstore make up for people with dry skin?
FOUNDATIONS

* Revlon Colorstay for Normal/Dry Skin Makeup with SoftFlex -- it is a little more expensive than your target (it is $13). However it is really good for dry skin, it is very blendable and it gives you pretty good coverage. However, the packaging is not great and it can get messy.

*The other option I thought fit for you is Max Factor's lasting performance which is actually more within what you want to spend ($8). It lasts forever, it goes on really smoothly, it does not dry up your skin.

I would choose one and try it out to see what you think (remember everyone has different skin reactions to makeup, so you will have to try some out before finding the perfect one, but hopefully one of these two will be it or really close to it.)

CONCEALER:

* Revlon ColorStay Blemish Concealer: It looks natural, gives you good coverage and you will only need it for problematic areas.

POWDER:

* Maybelline's Dream Matte powder: It eliminates shine for hours. Packaging is pretty cute too! And it really helps provide an airbrush look! What is the best drugstore make up for people with dry skin?
superdrug, boots, even tesco!

do a weekly moisturising face mask, that should help.

my favourite foundaition ever is collection 2000 colour match, its great and oil free, it doesnt dry it out or make it oily.

concealer i like 17's cover up, and MAX factor under eye concealer. also, No 7 translutant powder is very good.

(sorry about spellings!!)

good luck!

Revlon Colorstay for Normal/Dry Skin is great. It's a little on the expensive side, but it controls your skin while giving you light to heavy coverage.
Mix it with your moisturizer. That way, you won't have to buy a new foundation, but it won't dry out your skin.
Have you considered mineral makeup? Use a good moisturizer too.
