well, im a fan of sparkles so this is what i would do: use a silver shadow and and lite pink lipstick, it looks pretty on anyone. or for a more natural look: wear silver eyeliner on top lid and clear gloss or light pink-youll look like a goddess. HOPE I HELPED xoxo fernWhat shade of eye make up looks best with a mint green formal evening gown?
i would suggest a neutral lipstick maybe a light pink and a gold, silver or lilac like eye shadow or maybe a smokey gray hope i helped! :)
For eyes, I would say anything from an off white-greeny colour to the same colour as your dress.. I'd go for the paler option though, or the link below. And lips wise, I would use a nude shade.. maybe slightly brown.
Hope this helps :D x
EDIT - actually, I think this video tutorial would look great. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzh_elMaO鈥?/a>
It think too many women make the mistake of thinking the makeup has to match the dress in color, this makes for crazy-overdone eyes. What color are your eyes? Match *THEM*. With a formal eveing gown of green you can do greys, black and mute browns. Subtle and not over-done, that is what the dress is for.

I suggest you wear dark brown eye shadow, maybe you could do a smokey look. If you wear dark eye shadow, don't use a strong/bright color on you lips, go for a nude or natural color.
If you want to be more simple, highlight your eyes with a light beige eye shadow, specially your brow bone. Apply a light brown to the crease of the eye, and blend, then apply a lot of mascara, and eye liner to the top and bottom of your eyes.
