I suggest you check out Pinkiecharm (a popular reviewer) and xsparkage (a popular tutorialist) for some inspiration, I watched one of your videos (Mascara Methods) and you tend to rush a little and it's a little hard to hear what you're saying.
A lot of people like watching simple stuff; neutral school looks, smokey eyes, different types of brushes, concealer/foundation application... and another thing you could do is celebrity looks - those are very requested a lot of the time.
When reviewing, try choosing products that won't be really widely reviewed, like MAC foundation or a MAC lipstick.. try something like the Beauty Blender from Sephora, and that's what people are looking for.What make-up tutorials and reviews would you like to see on you tube?
