My skin is pale and I have dark blue eyes, what colors would look good on me and any tips on eyeliner?What make up would look good on my skin tone and eye color?
NEVER wear any form of blue eyeshadow. It is the tackiest thing alive. The best look for any color blue eyes is gold. You should definitely get a gold eye pencil and just highlight the inner corners of your eyes. It makes your eyes pop and look even bluer. Even Lo off of Laguna Beach said so a few years ago. maybe a little bit of black eyeliner. make it thin though, not thick.


and a grey or light blue eye shadow would be good. =]
