What is the best make up and cosmetics for teens?

I'm really in need of a new type of make up. I'm looking for something more that you could buy in a cosmetics store or something from online, not something from like wal-mart or target. What is the best make up and cosmetics for teens?
Meet Mark is great. The prices are decent and the quality is amazing. I love the Xpert foundation and the Hello Pretty perfume, and the dew drenched lipstick. You should check it out and if you have any questions about any of the products just email me, I sell Mark products!!!!What is the best make up and cosmetics for teens?
I just want to say that Estee Lauder WILL breakout your face if you dont wash it off at night. I bought it, and im breaking out like crazy. Plus, it gives you that pasty look. Report Abuse

Estee' Lauder is awesome and doesn't break out your face, but it can get expensive. It is sold in high end Department stores.
Meet Mark by Avon...I like them alot...they are a bit pricey tho..but good and very teen oriented..Their products are small and can fit in bags..

well for teens i usually wear light purple eyeshadow and only lip gloss a little mascara a bit of eye liner blush i dont wear it unless it is the natural glow kind from victoria's secret.
rimmel make uo is the best!!! its not cakey or heavy...its really light and it evens out your face tones really well...find it at walgreens...need more advice? mail me jns5038@yahoo.com
clinque is good. and, nuetrogena is prolly the best from a regular store, but i also like physicans formula. otherwise, i go for clinque, but it's more exspensive. when i was a teen, i never had it, bc my 'rents would never spend that much $$ for makeup for their baby girl
Macy's has a really great makeup line called MAC .Don't know if you heard of it but it works very good.Kind of pricey but worth every penny. You should try it sometime!!!

How to remove mineral make-up from white ski jacket?

Hello!

So the top part of my white ski jacket rubbed up against my face and got stained with mineral make-up. The dry cleaners said they can't get it out, but I doubt they even tried. I tried to remove it with some warm water, and it helped a little bit, but not much.

Any other suggestions?

Vinegar? Baking Soda? How to remove mineral make-up from white ski jacket?
make a paste of baking soda and Dawn dish soap (a bout the consistency of yogurt) and rub it in the stained area with an old tooth brush. if the stain persist, try it again, and finally you could try some 70% rubing alcohol and blott if t offHow to remove mineral make-up from white ski jacket?
Try Zout stain remover. I had tried every possible stain remover (shout, tide pen, oxy, etc etc) to no avail and saw this Zout thought I'd give it a try and it actually works. It cheap too! Most stains only need to be sprayed once but others made need a few trys. Also when you spray the coat use your fingernail to ';scratch'; the fabric so it really sets in. This should get it out. There are also Stain Devils (sold ar JoAnn fabrics stores) that are made for specific stains) One of them is for makeup but I think the Zout works better. Good luck!

How can you make your eyes look bigger wearing dark make up?

I want to go for an almost goth or scene look. But its hard to make my eyes look big wearing just black. Anyone have any idea's how i could make it work? How can you make your eyes look bigger wearing dark make up?
you need a white liner. line the very edge of your upper and lower lid, then apply the black. The white will create the illusion of wider eyes. How can you make your eyes look bigger wearing dark make up?
focus more on the outside corner of your eye and slightly angle upwards( like a tail) then add a shimmering white or silver to the inside corner (just a little bit) and blend it into the black.

then add the same white or silver color to your brow bone and blend.
White liner.Dont apply so much to the upper lid,and then just put a thin line of black on the bottom. Then use a thin line of white liner on the inside. So apply the white liner before the black liner
when you wear black eyeliner, line your top lid completely, but only your bottom half way. on the part you didnt line with black, put a natural, more shimmery color like light, light tan and your eyes will look real big.
use shimmery white eyeliner on top of your black eyeliner like tyra banks does

add a lot of shimmer
put eye liner on the inside of the top lid.. it makes your eyes seem wider if thats the look you want

How can I get make up out of my wedding dress?

Without having to go to the cleaners, how do I get make up out of my wedding dress? How can I get make up out of my wedding dress?
you don't. You'll ruin it trying. Take it to the cleaners. It's worth it.How can I get make up out of my wedding dress?
The best thing to do would be to take it to the cleaners or the place you purchased it from so they can clean it. I got mine at David's Bridal and they have wedding gown preservation where they clean it and store it all pretty in a display box and it can't get dirty or yellowed. Do you really wanna try %26amp; clean it yourself %26amp; risk ruining it?
Cleaners! You'll make it worse
I do fashion shows and we use contact lens wetting solution to remove makeup from the necks of dresses. Gently saturate the spot and put a paper towel under the stain and on top- blot until the spot is almost dry. You may have to do it 3 or 4 times until the stain is gone.
hi,

use a soft washcloth, wet in warm water, add a little liquid dish soap to the cloth and gently wipe off the makeup. this works on everything for me... thanks to my mom telling me about it.

i hope this helps! :)
clorox oxy magic stain remover you should find it in your local grocery store
Club Soda, gentle, gentle, gentle cycle, warm water... hang dry.
It depends on the make-up. Most of the time if you rub dry bread on the make-up if its foundation it will come off. Lipstick is harder due to the oils. You have to use denatured alcohol, blot only the lipstick stain (Be sure you use a cloth the same color as your dress) after you work most of it out rub the stain with dishsoap. If it still isn't gone, try a ';stain stick';.

I like any really thick concealor. For example ones in stick form are great. N.Y.C. has one now for like $4 and it is great! Benefit has the It! stick and it is really good. They also have a great thick and creamy concealor in a little pot called Boo-ing.

Those are my favorites!
For me, nothing holds a candle to Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick. I just dab a little on any blemishes or red spots and it covers very naturally.
I use Almay make-up products...they make one specifically for blemishes and acne...it works great for me...you should definatley try it!
I get pimples down around my mouth area and I have looked for makeup to cover them for foreverrrrrrrrr...i finally have found a really good coverup that you can't even tell in pictures that I have even ONE pimple. It's Neutragena liquid foundation..i get the spiced almond kind (that's the color) it is 9.94 a bottle but sooo worth it..then put a powder over it to match your face ...i won't buy any other kind! You can buy it at Walmart in the makeup isle..and it is specifically for blemishes..there are a million neutragena brands of cover up just look for one that says for blemishes..it's oil free and wonderful.. Hope I helped..
i love the bare minerals - use the full coverage concealer brush - using the bare minerals foundation dab it on and you can cover so much blemishes, age spots, broken blood vessels - it's awesome!
I use Almay Clear Complexion concealer to cover up my occasional pimples. It has acne medicine in it so it helps to reduce th size of the pimple while it covers it. I used to buy expensive concealers from places like Clinique but have found that the Almay one is way better (and cheaper).

go try buying cosmopolitan or marie claire mags. they're always updated in latest trends and fashion.
I use MAC products and have always been impressed. They cost a little more than the drugstore brands but they are long lasting and have lots of colors and choices. Also, if you go to a MAC counter, they will tell you what color you need and even make you up so you see what colors look best on you. So far I have used their foundation, eye shadow, and lipgloss and have been very happy with it. Good luck!

YOU SHOULD TRY COVERGIRL THEY HAVE MAKEUP FOR ALL SHADES.GO TO WWW.COVERGIRL.COM AND SET UP A PROFILE AND THEY'LL TELL YOU WHICH MAKEUP IS BEST FOR YOU.
A lot of places have free make-up services. This might be an option. Have your face done, then find simular products, in your price range.
You should try all types. I use covergirl foundation and pressed powder. To make sure that it will look natural take your pinky finger and place it on the top of the opening and take a small dab, rub it onto the inside of you wrist. This will help you to see if the color matches because the inside of your wrist and and your face are similar. You do not have to put foundation everywhere. By placeing it only on problems areas like your T-zone and evenly spreading you are allowing your skin to look natural and not all made up. Try diffenent eyes shades that you like, but stay away from bright colors like blue or green. If you want to use those colors use the darker shades thse will give you a nicer look.
Get an account on cover girl and find all the shades that are good for you.

Have you tried Bare Minerals its light and blends good
Why don't you ask an aesthetitian of Maybelline? As far as I know they have range of products for all skin colours. Try their site: www.maybelline.com

    Good luck!
    Don't over do it!!
Mac have a excellent range of colours, and since you are a teenager, you can carry off the extended range of colours they have. Also check out Shu Uemura, who make varied skin colours and carry natural but long lasting colours. In terms of having darker skin - most of the time you will need two shades of foundation, as women with darker skin tend to have a darker ';halo'; of skin around the edges of the face. What happens a lot, esp on someone like Oprah, is that they will apply a lighter shade to the rim of your face to lift it.

Also, although you like naturals, try something with some metallic or shimmer (Shu Uemura ME SILVER is a classic shimmer neutral) as dark skins can really really carry it off.
dare to be different use bronze eyeshadow and a light plum lipstick and a richer hue to make your lips look fuller and use lipshine just like i said dare to be different!!
You should try I-Iman, and you should read magazines like Essence, they usually have beauty sections.
Check out the tips at www.marykay.com/kfrench2006 and you can email me for samples for you to try free!!!

How can I apply make-up to my face without getting an infection?

I have eczema all around my chin along with really dry skin. After all the medicated lotion I put on it, it gets discolored and pale. Is there a product or method to apply cover up without getting my skin infected and become healthy? How can I apply make-up to my face without getting an infection?
I think Bare Minerals might be good if you can afford it. I have very dry skin and I get dry patches on my cheeks during the winter. If I use their moisturizer and make up, my skin is fine. I've also used the Gold Bond Healing lotion on my skin and Bare Minerals make up with no problem. If you cannot afford Bare Minerals, check out another mineral make up at Wal Mart like Physicians Formula or Nutragena, etc. Be very careful it doesn't agravate it. Good luck! How can I apply make-up to my face without getting an infection?
    Hi

I recommend you use really good products such as loreal or revlon or even Bare esentials that might be the best product for you by using good products your skin would be able to revitalise itself naturally and another thing dont wear heavy makeup keep it light and change your sponges often since a build can lead to your pores clozzing up
