What kind of resumer should i make up for a real estate agent job?

I wanted to apply for a real estate job, but sinse the age of 16 all i was doing is delivering pizza and waitering? what kind of simple jobs , that a real estate company might considere important i should put on my resume? What kind of resumer should i make up for a real estate agent job?
First piece of advice: Don't call it a resumer. That'll definitely NOT get you hired.

As for what you should put on it, I haven't a clue. I'm just a damned carpenter.

Sorry for being a smartass. Good luck on your career pursuits. What kind of resumer should i make up for a real estate agent job?
courier or something like that. you know, make copies, courier stuff, make the coffee, etc. it's a start
First you need to take the classes and get sponsored. This is really a horrible time to get in real estate except in Texas.

Talk to a few brokers/managers of the larger chains to get a feel for your specific market and how their commission split works, 50/50, 75/25, etc. You may have to pay for the classes yourself which cost $195 (CA) to $500 or more (OH) plus the cost of the actual 3 hour state license exam.

Real Estate is all about sales and customer service and isn't very hard to get into at all since you will be essentially working for yourself on a commission only basis.

Pick up a few resume writing books at the library and stress your education rather than your last two jobs. Run the resume word document through spell and grammar check especially since your question has ';resumer';, ';sinse'; and ';considere'; misspelled among other problems.
First of all it is RESUME and you need a license to do real estate. To work in real estate in a office you need to be a real estate lisenced sales person.Start off with a license and 1-2 yrs working for a agent then you get a good job. If you want to get into real estate you need to buy houses and resell them or rent them out.
Don't lie on your resume. Emphasise what you learned at your previous jobs, what kind of responsibilities were you given? You should point out that pizza delivery/ waitering involves dealing with the public and customers, as will the real estate industry. That's relevant experience! Think along those lines, you won't have to lie and you'll stand a better chance of getting the job (they check references and places of employment). And the fact that you have been working since you were 16 (even if you're now 17 or 18!) is really good too. Get your confidence up!
I would try being honest. As far as I know, REALTORS must sign agreements and code of ethics papers in order to get their license. If they found out you lied to get approved as a REALTOR, you will undoubtedly get your license suspended and perhaps be banned from ever becoming a REALTOR in America again.
Don't put anything on your 'resume' that you haven't actually done.

I would suggest that you take a course in English to begin with.
