use witch hazel on your face before you put on your makeup. (its sold by the rubbing alcohol at any supermarket or drugstore.) just put a little on a cotton ball an put it on your face. it tightens the pores so that they dont produce as much oil.

Anything from Physicians Formula is excellent! Its good for sensitive skin too.
You should also consider buying Blotting Sheets.
If you haven't tried them yet they are like thin sheets of tissue paper that are used to soak up oils that accumulate on your face though out the course of the day. Its more of something you use in the middle of the day rather than the night or morning.
That will keep you from looking sweaty and oily. Hope this helped (:
use a thicker foundation, if you must wear one, and a mineral powder like almays (thats my favorite) or you can get a compact one from macys so you can re-aply when you're out during the day. but i find that annoying so i use loose powder cause it stays longer.
Try a makeup primer! MAC primer with SPF is wonderful in preventing oilys. There are so many to pick from, but I would suggest this. Then find a foundation for oily skin. I do not recommend mineral makeup, however.
you can buy oil free foundation. The one i use is cover girl and it is in a glass bottle with a blue lid. It makes a world of difference on my face my face is never shiny now.
Wash your face
Put toner on
Use oil free moisturizer
Wear mineral make up ( i recommend the maybelline mineral makeup)
and carry around oil blotting sheets in your purse .
dont wear foundation and if you have to dont wear liquid foundation...use a loose powder like a mineral foundation
