I have very pale skin with light blue eyes and very dark brown hair. I don't know whether to emphasise the eyes or lips any ideas?What make up looks good with a red dress for prom?

I think if your going to wear a red dress you don't want to wear red lipstick. try pinks for your lips and maybe shade of brown as you eyeshadow and maybe some brown eyeliner!

Go for the eyes. Use maybe shimmery greys and reds to match the dress. If you use red eyeshadow, go for the same shade or something close for lip color. But really try to play up the eyes.
ummmm... wat shoes r u wearin dat might help and how bout black mascara, a lighter colored in between pink and red lipstick, u dont want it to be to pink and not go w/ the dress or not to red and stick out from the dress, light blush, black eyeliner, and i think blue eye shadow is the best way to go
You should always accentuate and match your facial features, not your clothes! So start with that. Next, with light eyes and dark hair, that would point to your lips... unless they are thin. It all depends on the shape. Color is natural these days. Accent with great lips as long as they are semi full to full!
