Im trying to find someway i can contract fiber splicing jobs. Im thinking of trying AT%26amp;T and more.How do i make up a contract to present to a telphone company?
I believe you will have to contact the smaller non-union companies. I was a splicer for Verizon and there were no contractor splicers.
